Saying something has only just happened

Kātahi anō ... ka ...

Kātahi anō ... ka is used to say something has only just happened, has happened for the first time or has finally happened. Tonu can replace anō to mean the same thing.

Hei tauira:

Kātahi anō ia ka tae mai. He has only just arrived.
Kātahi tonu ā rāua tamariki ka haere atu. Their children have only just left. 
Kātahi anō a Parekiawhitu ka kī mai i te pakiwaitara. Parekiawhitu has finally told me the story.
